Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING MYGARAGE. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any application or service operated by DTM SOLUTIONS LLC ("we", "us", "our", collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DTM SOLUTIONS LLC and apply to all apps and services we publish. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Service

DTM SOLUTIONS LLC builds and operates focused mobile applications. Features vary by app and may include, but are not limited to:

  • Account creation and user profiles
  • Data logging, tracking, and history
  • Export of user data and records
  • AI-powered assistant features
  • Reminders and notifications

Specific features for each app are described within the app itself. Our current primary app is MyGarage+ — a vehicle maintenance tracking and AI-assisted guidance platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

AI-Powered Features & Disclaimer

Some DTM SOLUTIONS apps include AI-powered features (including Darryl in MyGarage+), powered by third-party AI providers including OpenAI and Google. BY USING ANY AI FEATURE YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

  • AI assistants are NOT licensed professionals of any kind. They are AI language models that generate responses based on training data.
  • All AI-generated information is for GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
  • AI responses can and do make mistakes. Always verify important information with a qualified professional before acting on it.
  • DTM SOLUTIONS LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any damage, injury, or loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated responses.
  • AI conversations are transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate responses. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or identifying information in AI conversations.

Third-Party Data Sources

Some apps display data sourced from third-party public databases (for example, vehicle recall data from NHTSA). Such data is provided for convenience only. DTM SOLUTIONS LLC makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Always verify critical information directly with the authoritative source. DTM SOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on third-party data displayed in the Service.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Abuse the AI chat system by attempting prompt injection or jailbreaking
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Impersonate another person or entity

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the property of DTM SOLUTIONS LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The MyGarage+ name, logo, and Darryl name are trademarks of DTM SOLUTIONS LLC.

User Content & Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including vehicle information, maintenance records, and chat messages ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant DTM SOLUTIONS LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You can export your maintenance records at any time via the PDF export feature and delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page.

Community Notes

MyGarage+ allows users to post Community Notes — tips, observations, and vehicle knowledge visible to other users of the same vehicle make/model. By posting a Community Note you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you post. Notes must be accurate, relevant, and in good faith. Do not post false, misleading, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Community Notes are not professional advice. Readers should independently verify any information before acting on it.
  • You grant DTM SOLUTIONS LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to display your Community Note within the Service to other users.
  • DTM SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right to remove any Community Note that violates these Terms or is reported as harmful, without notice.

Third-Party Services

Our apps rely on third-party providers including:

  • OpenAI — powers AI assistant features (e.g. Darryl in MyGarage+)
  • Google — powers AI-generated vehicle spec features
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection
  • Public APIs — some apps query public data sources; specific providers are disclosed within the app

We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DTM SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. DTM SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR RECALL DATA. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DTM SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, VEHICLE DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DTM SOLUTIONS LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DTM SOLUTIONS LLC IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

Fees & Payment

MyGarage+ offers a free tier with limited features and paid Pro subscriptions. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions

  • Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed before purchase and confirmed by the App Store at the time of transaction.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
  • No refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store.
  • Subscription management and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. DTM SOLUTIONS LLC does not have access to your payment method information.

Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue under the new terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and allow data export before permanent deletion.

Dispute Resolution

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation by contacting us at support@dtmsolutionsllc.com.

If informal resolution fails, any remaining dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
